Hemp Product Return Policy — Effective 2018
Opened/Used consumables: For safety and contamination reasons, opened or used consumable hemp products (e.g., tinctures, edibles, vapes) are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the product is defective or mislabeled.
Unopened product returns: Unopened, unaltered products may be returned within 14 days of delivery; buyer pays return shipping and a restocking fee (recommend 15–25%). Returned product must be in original, resalable condition and shipped following instructions.
Defective or mislabeled product: If the product does not match the COA or label (e.g., THC levels exceed the advertised limit), contact us within 7 days with photos and batch number. We will investigate and, if confirmed, provide replacement or refund and cover return shipping. Retain the product and COA for inspection.
